	To elect a chairman, either from the parishes or SDC members, to chair the district-held meetings until 2019.

2.	PARTNERS AND COMMUNITIES TOGETHER
	This is an opportunity for members of the public and parishes to raise any issues affecting their community.

3.	BUS SERVICES
	To receive an explanation on bus service provision and timetabling of bus services ( Somerset County Council to attend).

4.	SPEEDING ON A38
	To discuss issues raised by Parishes relating to speeding within the area, especially on the A38.

5.	HIGHWAYS ISSUES (INCLUDING HINKLEY POINT HIGHWAYS ISSUES)
	To raise any issues relating to Hinkley Point C to be passed onto EDF and Somerset County Council for response.

6.	PUBLIC SPACE PROTECTION ORDERS FOR ANTISOCIAL BEHAVIOUR AND DOG CONTROL
	To receive an explanation on the above Public Space Protection Orders and discuss proposals by Parishes for inclusion.

7.	PETROLEUM EXPLORATION AND DEVELOPMENT LICENCES (PEDLS)
	To receive a briefing note from Somerset County Council Planning Policy.

8.	UPDATE ON MAJOR PROJECTS WITHIN THE DISTRICT
	To receive an update on Major Projects within Sedgemoor District.

9.	ACTION POINTS
	To identify any action points from this meeting.
