Skittle team loose first match – captain distraught

The captain of the Burtle skittle team gave an emotional and powerful speech filled with inspiring messages in a bid to rally his troops (most of which cannot be published here)

With  a tear in his old eye he sent the team into battle for the Knock-Out-Cup first round preliminaries.

But lady luck did not smile on the team that night and after a crushing defeat, the team put their loss down to a combination of incorrect atmospherics, not enough snacks and too much Otter beer.

Captain sulked all the way home.
